ABOUT SXS

South x Sea is a collaborative space where artists, writers, musicians, and producers can create beyond the boundaries of traditional Nashville studios. Housed in a 100-year old warehouse in East Nashville, our spaces were designed to be a playground for creatives.

Our 15,000 sq ft complex is home to Studio A, Studio B, a half a dozen writer/producer rooms available for short-term or long-term rentals, a large empty warehouse ideal for music videos and photoshoots, and a fully furnished Brooklyn-style loft perfect for hangs.
